Food Triggers spark my psoriasis

One of the best ways to control your flares and your symptoms is checking what you're putting inside your mouth.

Here's my flares:
1) Tomato
2) Corn (in any way).
3) Processed sugars/foods (Packaged)
4) Chili / hot sauce / tabasco sauce / spicy foods (Which i used to love but they kill me)
5) Eggs (not eating yolk and/or not passing from 2 yolks in 24 hrs).
6) Beans send me straight to the toiled, specially alubias and white beans.
